Our Animals Animals on the Farm

At Little Red Wagon Farm, our animals are part of the family—and part of your experience here, too! While you may see us tending to their daily needs, we promise your stay won’t come with any farm chores unless you want to join in the fun. Feel free to say hello or simply enjoy watching these friendly residents at their leisure.

** While all of our animals are generally friendly, please understand that the behavior and actions of any animal can be unpredictable and that personal injury or property damage can occur. Please obey all posted signs and supervise all children. When in contact with any of the animals, please promote good hygiene by handwashing and sanitizing.

Ozzie

Ozzie is our lovable pot-bellied pig who quickly wins hearts with his sweet and gentle nature. Don’t let his good looks fool you—he’s a friendly farm favorite who enjoys attention, treats, and a good scratch behind the ears. You might spot him snacking on fallen apples and pears from the orchard. Ozzie is always happy to say hello but respects your space too.

Dunkin n' Donuts

Donuts is our charming white duck, often found chatting away near the pond or keeping Ozzie company. She lives in the “Coop-a-Cabana” and enjoys wandering the property, soaking up the sunshine and making new friends. Although her partner Dunkin’ has passed on, Donuts remains a cheerful and curious presence on the farm. Watching her glide through the water is a peaceful sight for guests of all ages.

Pepe Le Pew & Peter Griffin

Pepe Le Pew and Peter Griffin are our playful mini-Nubian dwarf goats, born in March 2025. These little “kids” are super friendly and love to cuddle, making them instant favorites with visitors. Fun fact: goats don’t have upper teeth, so they can’t bite! Their curious and gentle personalities add a joyful energy to the farm experience.

Chickens

Our flock consists of a mix of hens and one handsome but feisty rooster, each with their own personalities. The “Easter Eggers” lay beautiful blue eggs, while the other hens lay brown or speckled ones. Guests are welcome to gather fresh eggs during their stay and enjoy a true farm-to-table experience. The chickens add a lively and authentic touch to daily life at the farm.

Bees

On the outskirts of the property, you’ll find several stacked frames housing our busy honeybees and their queen. These tiny workers help produce the sweet honey we harvest and jar for guests to enjoy. We also purify the beeswax to craft handmade candles, which add a warm, natural glow throughout the farmhouse. Watching the bees at work is a reminder of nature’s incredible rhythm and beauty.
